Requirements/Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering (Computer Science or Software development)
  • Software development lifecycle experience
  • At least 5 years of experience on same or similar position
  • Methodic and result oriented at design of overall quality processes and support of root cause analysis, especially in retrogene and complex software development (ERP integrated, web- and mobile apps …)
  • Excels in communications with business stakeholders including customers and fellow employees
  • Hand on test management, technology, and methodology experience with test management tools
  • Experience in the world of ERP, mobile app, algorithm-based planning engines, web applications
  • Previous experience with automation and benchmark scripts and tests
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the CAPcargo quality management activities (quality control, quality planning, quality assurance)
  • Define tools and systems how to run quality controlling
  • Measure the quality level of our CAPcargo processes and product / suggestion steps for improvements
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance process, protocols, and standards to ensure continuous improvement
  • Define together with stakeholder’s quality level and expectations / run retrospective meetings together with the various involved teams
  • Bring up proposals to Management and involved teams to improve internal processes related to all company department
