- Studies in the field of business informatics or equivalent experience, knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle)
- Well-founded technical understanding of IT systems or software development experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong persuasion and communication skills
- Very good oral and written English skills
- You enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment and with new technologies
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain is an advantage
- High degree of independence, initiative, and ability to work under pressure
Your tasks
- Implementation and rollout of the CAPcargo standard software in our international customer projects
- Gathering and understanding customer requirements (processes) and transforming them into the system language
- Consulting of our customers regarding their requirements in the logistics area
- Analysis, conception and design of application enhancements
- Acceptance of software developments and documentation
- Coordination of work steps with customers and local partners
